Order Your Sample Collection Kit Today
Each kit contains all that is needed to swab the patient and send the samples back to our laboratory. Each kit contains 5 swabs and collection tubes for 5 separate tests/reports with prepaid Fedex envelopes for each sample.

You will only be charged for those swabs that are sent back to our laboratory.
You will be first notified by e-mail when we receive the sample. We will then send the corresponding report by email, and you will be charged for each sample.
