Courier Pick-Up Service

Tissue specimens can be submitted to us via courier pick-up service at no additional charge. We offer this service to our clients located in eastern Iowa, i.e. Waterloo, Cedar Falls, Cedar Rapids, Iowa City, and Quad Cities.

Our courier service is available Monday-Friday until 5 pm.

Tissue pick-up can be requested online (at our website), or by calling or e-mailing us. Once the request is received, specimens will be picked up within 24-48 hrs.

Steps to follow:
1. Register for courier service
2. Fill out user information
3. Click on calendar the date and time when the sample will be available for pick-up
4. Indicate the number of containers to be picked up
