We offer our clients free complementary supplies needed for tissue processing and packaging

1. Complementary supplies will be delivered to you via our courier service within 24-48 hrs. after the request has been made if your clinic is located in Waterloo, Cedar Falls, Cedar Rapids, Iowa City, and Quad Cities
2. Complementary supplies will be mailed to you if your clinics is located outside of the above mentioned areas.

To order complementary supplies, please fill out and submit the request form below:

1. Mailing labels/pre-addressed
2. 1L biopsy submission container
3. 0.5L biopsy submission container
4. 12oz (350ml) biopsy submission container
5. 4oz (118ml) biopsy submission container
6. 1oz (40ml) biopsy submission container
7. Mesh (screen) cassettes for small tissue specimens
